At the final stage of past calendar month we celebrated the birthdays of our very private Big Roast children, little Louis and Zoe, and so what were we to do but book a party. When it comes to learning how to set it properly, we reckoned, no better way than begin them junior – and therefore we ventured on instructing them how to maintain a hog roast London style!
